We manage our own schedules and work where we are comfortable. Sometimes we need to sync up, but most of our communication is asynchronous. We don’t respond to every notification the moment it arrives — we work without interruption, respecting our own time and each other’s.



We collaborate with international startups and build our own products. Each person focuses on one project at a time, giving their full attention.



We use AI daily — engineers, designers, managers. We share what works, learn new approaches together, and stay curious about what’s next. We invest in the best tools so nothing slows you down.

not about us:

We have no plans to turn into a vertical-structure-corporation and like to remain a cozy team of friends.

We are not into meetings just for the sake of meetings or endless ASAP.

We do not impose specific methodologies or technical solutions. Instead, we value everyone's input.

We don’t treat AI as a magic button that removes responsibility. The thinking and the quality are down to us. We’re not a team That wants to replace the people who make our business.
